Executive chef/ owner William Fugitt is excited to announce a new concept in personalized culinary experiences.
Our specialty is creating the best culinary experiences that you can imagine. We provide in-home cooking lessons paired with a 3 course meal, multi course dining experiences, and “Mother sauces” that are sold retail for you to start or finish your meals with at home. Our specialties include the most delicious cuisine created with the ingenuity and passion inspired by world renowned flavors and techniques. We take great pride in utilizing local and organic products when possible, but always source the best products from everywhere we can. We have a great passion for creating your favorite personalized dishes in new and creative ways, and offering them to you in the comfort of your own home.

Discover Our Menu Ideas
The menu is derived from years of practice in French and Italian cuisine. Our Chef’s passion for the food and culture from these two countries allow us to give you the most personalized experience and delicious food. Our cooking lessons are designed to showcase classic and modern French and Italian techniques while utilizing the freshest ingredients, to promote the best flavors in each dish.
Sample Cooking Class Menu:
Fricassée of Wild Mushrooms
Braised wild mushrooms and black truffles served on pan-fried bread, with a soft poached egg.
Coq au Vin d’Alsace
Chicken braised in Riesling with onions, mushrooms, and herbs.
Strawberry and rhubarb tart
Fresh, local strawberries stewed with vanilla and rhubarb. Pastry cream. Paté briseé crust.
An in depth tutorial on how to create your favorite meals. I start by teaching you how to prepare each of the three courses, and its followed by each of the three courses for you to enjoy. $60.00 per guest
